Join Kayla as she will guide you through a little Yang and a little Yin Yoga, creating the perfect balance.
This class is about balance.
There are two parts to the class. A section of long holds on the floor to truly and fully relax your body(Yin), and a section of fluid flow(Yang).
This is the perfect way to end your weekend and reset for the new week.

All levels welcome.
The studio will not be heated but comfortable.
