About this Event

This 90-minute workshop begins with an energizing Yoga Tone class (think: power yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness had a baby) that begins with mindful movement, gradually builds in intensity, and then gently winds down. Together we'll strengthen, stretch, breathe, and move with purpose, cultivating the kind of practical strength that supports everyday life while reconnecting with our own sense of capability, confidence, and resilience.

As the movement slows and your body begins to soften, we'll transition into Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®), allowing the nervous system to shift from effort into ease. Rather than forcing release, TRE invites your body to let go of deep patterns of tension at its own pace.

This combination of active movement followed by deep nervous system regulation creates a unique opportunity to feel both grounded and refreshed. Many participants leave feeling calmer, more spacious, more connected to themselves, and with a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.


What is TRE®?

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple series of exercises that gently activate the body's natural tremoring mechanism. These therapeutic tremors can help release muscular tension and support regulation of the nervous system.

TRE is a body-led practice. You remain in control throughout the experience and are guided to move only within what feels comfortable and supportive for you. No previous experience is necessary.


This workshop may be a great fit if you:
  • Carry stress or tension in your body.
  • Feel disconnected from your body or overwhelmed by daily life.
  • Want practical tools to support your nervous system.
  • Enjoy yoga, mindful movement, or exploring new wellness practices.

August 29 | TRE® & Sound Healing

Saturday • 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM

Experience the gentle practice of TRE alongside an immersive sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, ocean drum, and other healing instruments. Whether you're new to TRE or continuing from the first workshop, you'll be guided through a deeply restorative experience.


September 12 | Breathwork & TRE®

Saturday • 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM

Discover how conscious breathing and TRE beautifully complement one another. We'll begin with guided breathwork to cultivate awareness, presence, and nervous system regulation before transitioning into TRE®, allowing your body to continue releasing tension naturally. Together, these practices create space for greater ease, resilience, and connection.


September 13 | TRE® & Self-Massage

Sunday • 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM

Learn simple self-massage techniques using therapy balls to soften areas of chronic tension before moving into a TRE practice. Discover practical tools you can continue using at home to support relaxation, mobility, and nervous system resilience.

Each workshop stands on its own, but together they offer a progressive journey into listening to your body with greater trust, curiosity, and compassion. Come to one or experience the full series. Your body will thank you.
