Gloves:
Adults: 16 oz
Teens: 12 oz
Youth: 10 oz
Chest guard (Youth/Teen)
Knee pads (Adult/Teen)
Shin guards (no cloth)
Muay Thai shorts
📜 Rules & Regulations
Fouls include:
No KOs or TKOs
No power strikes or spinning techniques
No sweeps, elbows, or knees to the head
No striking a downed opponent
No unsportsmanlike conduct
No ignoring referee instructions
Scoring is based on:
Clean, clear strikes
Rhythm and control
Balance and disruption
Effective technique and defense
10‑Point Must System:
10 points: Wins the round
9 points: Close or decisive round
