Our breathwork focuses on relaxing the mind and body,

With no prior experience needed,
we invite participants to bring comfortable items like mats,
blankets, and pillows to create a cozy personal environment.
This practice involves conscious circular breathing
that turns your focus inward,
enhancing the connection between breath and well-being,
and increasing vitality and energy through invigorating exercises.
We will begin with a brief presentation
on the framework of the techniques and their physiological impacts.
