Join our exciting icarian intensive on --- and ---, where you'll have the chance to dive into four 3-hour modules, designed to take your icarian skills to the next level! This intensive is multilevel!
No matter if you're new to icarians or already have experience, this seminar will offer you the opportunity to challenge yourself!
During this intensive, we'll exclusively focus on the technique and practice of icarians, a form of partner acrobatics involving controlled throws and catches in the air. Each day will be divided into four modules, each focused on a specific aspect of icarians:
First Module, Saturday (Forward Rotations):
In this module, we'll concentrate on techniques for safely and elegantly executing forward rotations in icarians.
You'll learn the fundamentals of the technique and how to apply it in different acrobatic contexts.
Second Module, Saturday (Turns):
Here, we'll work on improving your turning skills in icarians, from simple turns to more advanced combinations.
We'll explore the proper technique, balance, and coordination necessary to master this skill.
Third Module, Sunday (Foot to Foot):
This module will focus on the foot-to-foot technique in icarians, a fundamental skill in this form of partner acrobatics.
You'll learn how to establish a solid base, communicate with your partner, and perform coordinated foot-to-foot movements safely and effectively in throws and catches.
Fourth Module, Sunday (Backward Rotations):
In the final module, we'll focus on backward rotations in icarians, exploring different techniques and exercises to enhance your ability to perform this type of movement with confidence and control.
Each module will be taught by experienced and dedicated instructors who will guide you through practical exercises, demonstrations, and personalized corrections to help you achieve your goals in icarians. Regardless of your level and practice time,
