Ya GOAT'ta love YOGA @Cataluma Farms

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this event is perfect for anyone looking to laugh, smile and take time out for fun!

Bring your own yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for farm life and exercise. Not ready to get on a mat? No problem! Join us anyway with a modified chair yoga experience. All ages and abilities are welcome!

This event will be held outdoors, weather permitting, or in our heated barn. In the event of inclement weather and it is absolutely necessary for us to cancel, you will be offered a new date. We do not refund payment for no-shows since your spot has been reserved.

Class size: minimum 5 participants, maximum 15 participants.

Info: No worries, we will make this process quick and easy! On-site parking and bathroom facilities available.

Info: Lots of baby goats will be with (and on) you as you take an amazing, multi-level yoga class taught by Lanna of Free Bird Mind and Body.

Info: Use this time to take photos while you pet, snuggle and cuddle our adorable baby goats! Interested in learning more about yoga? Lanna is here to answer all of your yoga-related questions!

Info: We are happy to show you our farm. Feed and take pictures of our mama goats, horse, donkeys, chickens. Our farm shop will be open for fresh eggs, T-shirts, hats and goat milk soap!
