Stretch, meditate, and unwind with our drop in mind and body classes presented in partnership with the Greensboro Parks and Recreation & YMCA of Greensboro! Every Thursday April 30 through June 25 we will meet in the serene Tanger Family Bicentennial Gardens for an hour of relaxing yoga. All skill levels and abilities are welcome. No registration required. Complete the participant waiver onsite.
