EVENT DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY:
We will gather in Om Valley's yurt for a relaxing and restorative 1-hour sound bath.

Mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided. Feel free to bring any additional mats, pillows, or blankets to make yourself extra cozy. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing, such as sweats or other lounge wear. Bringing water is encouraged. There is a restroom available onsite.

18+ women only.
