WWE NM: La Cueva - Summer Cave Passport Event

Join us for the fifth event of our summer cave exploration series! Snag your passport if you don't have one and mark off another destination! We'll enjoy a sunset as we explore this cave.

EVENT DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY:
The fifth event in our Summer Cave Passport Series is La Cueva! This trial is 3 miles with about 480 ft of elevation gain. The trail is well maintained, but rocky and uneven in areas.

There is an entrance fee of $5 per vehicle.

This is not a dog-friendly event and is open to identifying women over 18.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Good hiking boots

• Trekking poles for steep loose areas

• Day Pack

• Gaitor/mask if you are sensitive for dust

• Appropriate layers (sunshirts)

• H2O to stay hydrated at least 2 liters

• Snacks (to refuel your body)

• First aid kit

• Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen
