We’re teaming up with Wynwood Run Project
and Wynwood Plaza Residences for an evening run through the neighborhood, finishing back at Wynwood Plaza for post-run fuel and recovery. Expect a guided group run, healthy bites and a full recovery experience hosted by Stretch Lab.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Release Agreement
By registering for and/or participating in this La Byci Running Event (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a running event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Falls, trips, collisions with other participants, vehicles, pedestrians, or fixed objects
Uneven terrain, potholes, curbs, debris, and changing weather conditions
Heat exhaustion, dehydration, cardiac events, and other physical injuries
Negligence of other participants
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, personal injury, illness, disability, or death that may occur as a result of my participation.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
La Byci Bike Boutique, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and event organizers
from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss sustained during participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Medical Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this Event. I understand that La Byci does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants.
I authorize event organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary, and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
4. Personal Responsibility
I agree to:
Follow all event rules and instructions from staff and volunteers
Conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner
Not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Withdraw from participation if I feel physically unwell
5. Photo & Media Release
I grant La Byci permission to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the Event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.
6. Minor Participants
If registering a participant under 18 years of age, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to this waiver on their behalf.
7. Agreement & Electronic Acceptance
By completing registration and accepting this waiver on Eventbrite, I acknowledge that:
I have read this document carefully
I fully understand its terms
I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights
I agree to it freely and voluntarily
This electronic acceptance shall be considered a legally binding signature.
