Jason Denzel is a traditionally-published author of epic fantasy stories including The Mystic Trilogy from Tor Books. He's also the founder of a popular Wheel of Time fan community and a long-time resident of Elk Grove.

RD Pires has found there's always a story to tell, and so he spends his time writing them down. A project is always on his mind, even when there aren't enough hours in a day to work on them.

Author of The Tides That Reign epic fantasy series, Of Chaos and Eternal Night, and A Vast, Untethered Ocean; his works have been described as having "gorgeous lines and descriptions" by reviewers.

He lives in California with his husband and their daughter.
