There's nothing I love more than performing for a live audience. I hope to do it for the rest of my life. It's an ambitious goal to want to do this professionally

I'm ready to do the work! I know I have to pay my dues, anything you want is worth working for. There will be days I end up playing for a small crowd when I was hoping for a large crowd. There will be other days where it all comes together. It's a process. As long as I am constantly learning and growing, there will be progress.

I'm proud of the originals I've written and the songs that Ian and I have co-written. I'm also proud to have played the Arise Music Festival in 2019, it was a huge honor. I am always thrilled when other musicians invite me to sing and play with them. Ian and I have both jammed with Al Laughlin (The Samples) and Hazel Miller. There's so much talent in Colorado, I'm fortunate to play all around the Boulder/Denver metro area and the Front Range.

She is sure to leave the audience in awe of the sweet, but sassy, RnB/ Neo-Soul snack she undoubtedly delivers. Her vocals span wide in range, style, and experience. The six-piece group has quickly grown to be well-known in Boulder, due to their regular performances with audiences of 100+ at venues such as Roots Music Project, Cervantes' Other Side, and Trident Cafe.

With each opportunity, the band gains new followers to enjoy the unparalleled performance of Riley J which promises to leave an indelible mark on the world of R&B. Riley J has released her first original, Bold, out March 15, 2024 on all platforms. The band plays covers and originals inspired by artists like Moonchild, RAYE, Couch, Billie Eilish, Cleo Sol, Erykah Badu, and more.
