Wounded Healer Circle: Sound Bath Meditation for Stress & Renewal

Each month, the Wounded Healer Circle invites you into an intimate gathering inside the serene Blue Temple Yurt, just minutes from downtown Tucson. Together, we explore the Wounded Healer archetype through guided discussion, reflective practice, meditation, and a crystal bowl sound bath designed to help you rest, release, and reconnect.

In honor of the current state of the world, this month’s circle is offered as a Pay What You Can gathering — a space to pause, exhale, and return to center.

We’ll begin with a short talk and group discussion exploring how stress and uncertainty live in our bodies and how renewal can emerge through stillness and sound. From there, you’ll be guided through a meditation and crystal bowl sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and restore inner balance.

You’ll be held in a space of reflection, sound, and shared presence — leaving with a softer body, a quieter mind, and renewed energy to carry into the season ahead.
