Guided Slow Flow Yoga led by Allison and singing bowl sound bath by Terra.
Light refreshments will be provided, and everyone will go home with a gift bag!
Lunar Samhain is an ancient Celtic festival that takes place on the new moon following Samhain, and is a time for connecting with and honoring ancestors, and marking the transition toward winter.
We will dedicate part of our practice to honoring our ancestors, and set intentions for the darker half of the year.
In order to hold this event we will need at least 6 registrants by end of day Thursday November 13th, and space is limited to 15 people, so please register in advance if you plan to attend.

The cost for this gathering is $40, and we are offering a $10 promotion if you invite a friend who pays full price!

Allison Constanza, RYT-200, Founder of Aquamarine Wellness, has been practicing hatha yoga for over 20 years.
She is a graduate of the 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Therapy College in Tucson. Allison is passionate about spreading peace and compassion for the self and for all life through the healing art of yoga.
Terra has been on a lifelong journey of self-exploration and healing through many modalities. She has found ways to incorporate her training in yoga, meditation, mindful movement, art, counseling, art therapy, tarot, and most recently, sound therapy, to help others dive deeply into their own psyches. Terra is thrilled to cross paths with others on their own journeys and to share experiences.
