Overview
Wound care in oncology encompasses a broad range of clinical challenges, from complex skin malignancies and fungating wounds to radiotherapy reactions and lymphoedema management.
Bringing together expert speakers across the field, this hybrid study day will offer a multi-disciplinary approach to wound care in oncology. Attendees will explore typical presentations, discuss management strategies.
There will be opportunities to explore treatment options, share good practice and debate day to day challenges in wound care.
Intended Audience
A study day intended for GPs, District Nurses, Practice Nurses, Tissue Viability Nurses, Lymphoedema Practitioners, Oncology Nurses and Radiotherapy staff.

Venue Information
The Christie Education Centre is located on the 2nd floor in Dept 17 of the main hospital and can be accessed by stairs or lift. Toilets are also on this floor including an accessible toilet. The auditorium has a hearing loop available and ramp access. A prayer room is available and close by. We want everyone attending our event in person to have the best possible experience.
