The People’s Emergency Briefing

What is it?

Join us at Bridge 5 Mill for a screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing, a powerful 48-minute film bringing together some of the UK’s leading scientists, health professionals and other experts.

The film sets out, calmly and clearly, the reality of the climate and nature crisis, why it matters to all of us and what needs to happen now.

After the screening, we’ll open up the conversation with a group discussion, creating space to reflect on what we’ve heard, explore what it means for Greater Manchester and consider how we respond.

Who is it aimed at?

Businesses from all sectors are welcome. Whether sustainability is already part of your work or completely new to you, this briefing offers an opportunity to hear the evidence, consider what it means for your organisation and be part of the conversation.

Joining us for the afternoon? Why not come along for the morning too?

Our Green Economy Networking Manchester event takes place at Bridge5Mill from 9:30am to 12:30pm on the same day, bringing together businesses and professionals from across the green technologies and environmental services sector.
