Would you like to attend a guided tour of Durham Cathedral and view the Magna Carta?
Malcolm Wilkinson has been a tour guide of Durham Cathedral for many years. He is also a Committee Member of Northumbria Region u3a and Chair of Seaham Harbour. Malcolm will be our tour guide around the Cathedral, which is part of Durham’s World Heritage site.
Date: Monday 15th September 2025
Time: View the 800 year old Magna Carta at 11am. Tour of the Cathedral at 1.30pm. Please meet Malcolm next to the font, close to the visitor information desk.
Cost: To view the Magna Carta, which is in the museum - £7.50 p.p.
Guided tour of the Cathedral - £5.00 p.p.
Please pay at the Cathedral payment desk on arrival. (The desk staff will be aware of this arrangement)
