Connection is the energy between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued. Brené Brown
Join us for a unique, Authentic Relating and Circling experience designed to foster deeper connections. This session places a special focus on genuine sharing, creating space for intimate, meaningful interactions that allow you to explore vulnerability, authenticity, and mutual understanding. Whether you're new or experienced, come ready to connect and grow!
Starting Right
Please arrive 5/10 minutes early to avoid rushing and disruptions to the beginning of the session.
Roadmap for the Day and Purpose
Our journey will move between moments of outward openness and quiet introspection, creating a rhythm that supports both personal reflection, shared connection and organic interactions. This approach allows for deeper self-awareness, greater flow in interactions, and more meaningful insights.
Key Themes
Bonding and Connection
Cultivate a sense of closeness and authentic connection through guided interactions to build mutual understanding and appreciation.
Communication
Practice active listening, clear expression, and non-verbal awareness to enhance your ability to communicate with authenticity and empathy.
Trust and Vulnerability
Explore the courage it takes to be vulnerable, fostering trust within a supportive environment that encourages you to open up and feel seen.
Honesty and Integration
Reflect on personal truths and integrate new awareness, aligning your internal world with your actions to create deeper relational harmony.
What to Expect
Each session offers a unique experience, yet the purpose remains the same: to deeply connect with ourselves and each other in an authentic way. Through engaging activities, games, and meaningful conversations, you’ll explore your inner world, discover the layers of others, and practice sharing openly and vulnerably.
Our practices vary between working in pairs, small groups, and as a full circle, inviting you to experience different dynamics of connection. Authentic Relating is a skill for all relationships—whether romantic, professional, or familial—and, most importantly, for how we relate to ourselves.
There will also be time set aside for tea and casual conversations, providing space to unwind and chat in a relaxed setting.

Is This for You?
Our sessions are open to both newcomers and those experienced in Authentic Relating. However, this can be an intense process, requiring courage to explore and share personal experiences with others. Emotions and sensations that may arise could feel unfamiliar or challenging, as we delve into areas we often avoid in daily life.
We ensure a safe, respectful space where everyone is treated with warmth and without judgment, allowing open and honest expression. If this experience sounds potentially overwhelming or if you have significant emotional challenges, please consider reaching out to us before enrolling.
