A 2 and a half hour, 2 part event nourishing mind, body and soul.Hosted by Hayley & the lovely Frazer of @seasidesauna_
First enjoy a restorative healing soundbath. Feel the sound vibration wash over, in and around you taking you on a journey. The sounds bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation, allowing the body to start healing itself.
Followed by a beautiful sauna experience on the beach, hosted by Frazer. Alternate between heat and cold for its many healing benefits and endorphins release. Revitalising face and body scrubs available and cold bath plunge or sea dips.
This will be an intimate gathering with just 6 places.
