2026 World Wide Gathering of Brats
Are you a military BRAT? Did you grow up on a military installation or perhaps you went to school overseas? Have you wondered what happened to other Brats with whom you attended football games, went to dances, or hung out with at the AYA? Or perhaps you were an educator who had the unique experience of teaching military Brats in a foreign country.
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please join us for the “2026 World-Wide Gathering of Brats.”
· Where: Irving, Texas at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott Hotel. A free shuttle is available from and to the airport.
· When: Thursday 29 October 2026 to Saturday 01 November 2026
· What: A first time, gathering of Brats from all over the world.
This once-in-a lifetime event is open to anyone who experienced any part of their life as a military Brat, whether in the United States or Overseas, whether for one tour or for many years!
So, what can you expect?
· A celebration of the 80th anniversary of the U.S. Military School system.
· Several alumni groups are planning to hold school reunions during the World Wide Gathering.
· A spectacular hospitality suite including drinks and snacks for all!
· An “Early Bird” party on Wednesday, October 28 for those who arrive early!
· Banquets, music and dancing on Thursday and Saturday nights.
· Optional tours on Thursday and Friday.
· Meaningful discussions and information sessions, hosted by and for Brats on Saturday.
· An opportunity to meet other Brats who are interested in meeting you!
