Join us on the World Tai Chi Day, Saturday April 25, 2025, at Brandywine Springs Park of Wlmington, DE for a variety of Tai Chi and Martial Arts demonstration as well as interactive Tai Chi beginner activities.

Taiji (Tai Chi) is one of few practices that helps us connect our mind and body. Flowing like running water, Taiji is an exercise that develops the flow of energy (chi), reduce stress, improves balance and promotes calm and steady state of being.
Suited for all ages, Taiji is meditation in motion. In the beginning, it is practiced slowly and smoothly with an emphasis on mental concentration and breath.
Founded in 1996 by Master Zhen Kang (Kevin) Sun, Sun School of Taiji & Martial Arts has won multiple various awards in the past few decades.
Master Sun has been a student of Traditional Chinese Martial arts since the age of six. He has had the good fortune to train with several of China’s most prestigious Martial Arts Masters. Master Sun possesses an Education Degree in Martial Arts from LiaoNing Sports University and has over 40 years of teaching experience in both China and the United States.
