Join us for a peaceful, nature-abundant Hike with @SundayGrounding! 🌲🥾

🌝 Event: Community Hike + Hammock

Join us for our monthly Community Hike at Delcastle park! We'll embark on a guided 3.2-mile hike through a flora and fauna landscape, followed by an optional peaceful rest and breathwork session in cozy hammocks.

We'll also take some time to journal and release the things that no longer serve us, making space for new beginnings, in alignment with the passing full moon. 📓✨

Everyone is welcome...bring your friends, your family, and your sense of adventure.
