September is just around the corner, which means World Suicide Prevention Day is coming up 💛
We’re bringing our community together for a free World Suicide Prevention Day event at All Saints’ Anglican Church, Dunedin, on Thursday 10 September, from 6–8pm, and we would love for you to join us.
As communities around the world come together again for the theme “Changing the Narrative on Suicide”, we’re invited to challenge stigma, encourage open conversations, and create a culture where people feel safe to seek support.
Together, we’ll share an evening of reflection, connection and hope, featuring:
🎗️ Inspirational Speakers
🎗️ A panel of peer practitioners
🎗️ Live musical performances
🎗️ A Hope Tree where you can leave a message for a loved one, or for someone who may need to hear a message of hope
Let’s come together with aroha, kindness and empathy, and continue changing the narrative around suicide, together 💛
