Nest & Nurture is a beautiful offering from Beyond Balance, lovingly created to provide a calm, supportive space where both you and your baby are welcomed exactly as you are.
This isn't a baby class.
It isn't about routines or sleep schedules.
It isn't about doing motherhood "perfectly."
It's simply an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself, your baby, and other mums walking a similar journey.
Throughout our 90-minute gathering, you'll experience:
🤍 A warm welcome and time to arrive, feed and settle
🤍 Gentle breathwork to calm your nervous system
🤍 A guided meditation
🤍 A deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound journey
🤍 Gentle grounding and integration
🤍 A relaxed sharing circle with other mums
There is no expectation for babies to sleep.
No pressure if they cry.
No need to apologise for feeding, changing, cuddling or settling them.
Babies are beautifully unpredictable... and they're completely welcome here.
To create a peaceful environment for everyone, this gathering is best suited to mums with pre-crawling babies.
This is a space where you don't need to have it all together.
A space where you can simply arrive, exhale, and be held.
Because when a mum feels nurtured...
everyone benefits.
