World Sound Healing Day Sound Bath

Over this weekend in February it's the annual tradition to unite for world sound healing day and set positive intentions for love and compassion globally. Connecting together to harmonize , create a sense of inner peace and promote the intention of world peace. Inviting you to a restorative sound bath to honour this occasion and create space for these beautiful intentions.

During the sound bath Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle percussion will be played to create a relaxing experience. As we start to unwind we can harmonise with the sounds and feel a sense of release, inner connection and restoration through deep relaxation.

You're invited to sit or lay down during the sound experience. Please arrive 10 minutes early for the sound bath to settle into the space and bring a mat, cushion, blanket and anything needed to support your comfort during the evening.

World Sound Healing Day focuses it's intentions on healing our planet and our waters. Therefore, a proportion of sales will be donated to surfers against sewage and their important work they do for our oceans https://www.sas.org.uk/
