🎉 October 10th = World Mental Health Day + Still I Run’s 9th Birthday! 🏃♀️🧠💚Let’s celebrate movement for mental health TOGETHER with a 5K walk/run!

Still I Run (SIR) is a non-profit that champions the mental health benefits of running. To celebrate nine amazing years, they’re hosting a nationwide 5K event—and Brandon, Mississippi was selected as an official local site! 🙌
💚 Two Ways to Participate:
1️⃣ Virtual – Select "Virtual 5K" and your gear ships out late September
2️⃣ In-Person – Choose "Register" on the first screen, Select "Virtual 5K" as the sub-event on the next screen, and then finally, choose "Brandon, MS" from the drop-down menu if you'd like to join our local run!
