Bring your water and meet us Wednesday night at 6 pm at the track at Jackson Prep for a speed workout! This is open to anyone who wants to join! Everyone will be going at their own speed so any and all paces are welcome! Come run (and sweat) with us!
*Note that we are moving to Wednesday nights after school starts to avoid conflicts with Jackson Prep Sports!
