Every year on the first Saturday in May, thousands of people around the world participate in World Labyrinth Day and “Walk as One at 1” to create a rolling wave of peaceful energy across the globe. Join us to unite the heart of the world with your own, with ritual and moving meditation for inner peace and world peace.This year is the second World Labyrinth Day (WLD) celebration at Awakening to the Heart! Once again, Metta Labyrinth will be center stage on this special day.

WORLD LABYRINTH DAY WORKSHOP
This World Labyrinth Day Workshop is an offering within an intimate group for those who would like to deepen their personal experience for walking the labyrinth. In this workshop, we begin and end our time together in BodhiHeart Yurt. We will gather to prepare ourselves for a meditative and intentional walk as individuals and as a group, to reflect on how a labyrinth can represent our life journey to our own center, and how we can share our path to peace and wholeness with the world. In preparation for our "Walk as One at 1", adequate time will be given to bring focus to the present moment and connect with our hearts through music, sacred sounds, the breath and guided meditation. Facilitated by Cynthia Scrimshaw.

LABYRINTH WALKS
Metta Labyrinth is open to the public during this time for those who would like to come mindfully walk and contribute to the rolling wave of peaceful energy for our planet and all beings. Children are welcome, if they are able to respect and understand the labyrinth as a sacred place and allow enough stillness so everyone can find meaning in their walk.
