Join me for a deeply restorative Sound Bath, a full hour of immersive sound designed to soothe your nervous system, release stress, and bring you back to a place of calm balance.
But this session is about more than self-care, it’s about spreading kindness.

A Kindness Tree ~ take a leaf of a act of kindness from the branches and carry it into your week
