I’m so excited to share that we’re launching a brand-new Wellbeing Hub right here in Amesbury!
You are welcome to drop in but getting a free ticket will help us see numbers and arrange seating.
Amesbury History Centre. Next meeting is 14th November. FREE to attend. Cafe open for drinks and cake.
The Hub is a welcoming space for anyone in the community to come together for:
Tea & coffee
A short guided meditation
Open wellbeing chat (share or simply listen)
Local support and resource table
This is about creating a safe, calm, and supportive space, and it’s just the beginning. The Amesbury Wellbeing Hub will grow into a regular monthly event, with different themes, and over time we hope to add a teen-specific Hub too.

Sometimes the hardest thing is getting out of the door. The very least you will take home, is a warm brew and friendly chat.
