Event menu consists of:

• Cucumber salad
• Tuna Sashimi Tostada
• Causa Nikkei with Tuna
• Causa Nikkei with Veggies
• Nikkei Piri-Piri Chicken/Mushroom Rice/Corn with Miso Butter
• Salmon Sashimi the South American Way
• Causa of Baby Cuttlefish
• Grilled Halibut with White Miso, Aji Amarillo & Lemon Pimientos de Padron Nikkei

• As this is an interactive classroom where students are graded on these specific dishes, meal packages will be offered with no substitutions
