Whether you’re inspired by legendary heroes, thrilling mysteries, or epic adventures, this is your chance to run, walk, or jog any distance—anywhere, at your own pace! Choose from 5K, 10K, 10 miles, half marathon, or full marathon—treadmill runs count too!

Run, walk or jog any distance on World Book Day, (6th March 2025). We also accept treadmill activities.

All participants will receive a beautiful white finisher's medal for their achievement. This medal is made from aluminium and comes with a plain colour ribbon.

Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/

We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.
