From Generation to Generation: Anti-racist Thought & Action ®

This unique and high-profile hybrid event on 20 March, held on the eve of the UN’s International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, brings together voices from five generations, both in-person across the UK and online worldwide, to advance Anti-racist Thought & Action®. The conference seeks to accelerate progress toward an anti-racist society and ethnic equity for all.

Through an inspiring blend of keynotes, provocations, roundtable conversations, case studies, and calls to action, the conference will:

• Reclaim and affirm the reality of one common human race, reflecting on the roots of racism and its impacts across generations—past, present, and future.

• Foster intergenerational thought leadership through panels on racism in workplaces, education, and communities, focusing on breaking cyclical trends of conflict.
• Showcase trailblazers and changemakers embracing Anti-racist Thought & Action® across the UK and globally, challenging norms and driving impactful initiatives.
• Explore Artificial Intelligence Use Cases for combating racial prejudice and applying an anti-racist lens across different global contexts.

Who is Invited?
Leaders and practitioners from all backgrounds and generations are invited, including those in public, private, and civil society sectors, as well as specialists in education, health, and the creative industries. Human Resource professionals, researchers, decision-makers, influencers, and thought leaders committed to fostering an equitable society are encouraged to join us in this powerful dialogue to eliminate racism and promote lasting social change.
