About this Event

The World Affairs Council of Western Massachusetts will celebrate our 100th Annual Meeting & Dinner on Monday, October 5, 2026 at the Springfield Sheraton Hotel at Monarch Place. Longtime member and friend of the Council Dr. William Taubman, Professor Emeritus at Amherst College, on his new book on Robert McNamara who served as Secretary of Defense during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations.

A cash bar reception will begin at 5:30 pm with dinner and program starting at 6:00 pm.
