Would you like to flow creatively in a class?

This workshop is for you!!

In this WORKSHOP you will explore:

We will do a warm up with breathwork and yoga to achieve a mental state where we it is easy to focus on enhancing and letting our creativity flow, with a guided improvisation at the end.

**Today the class will take place on our private BlaumeerYoga Rooftop (only if the weather is optimal, otherwise the practice will take place in the indoor Shala).
