This Wednesday we will be playing and teaching both Huddle and La Pâtisserie Rococo.~~~~
Ever wanted to bring the electrifying energy of fantasy football straight to your game night? Huddle does just that! Step into the shoes of a team manager, where you're not just cheering from the sidelines—you’re calling the shots.
Draft your dream team, make those game-changing decisions, and navigate the unpredictable twists of the season. It's all the excitement of football without having to leave your living room (or deal with muddy cleats).
Designed for 2-6 players aged 14 and up, Huddle kicks off with a fast-paced draft. You've got a budget and a mission: build the strongest team possible. Bid wisely, because every token counts, and you'll need a full roster to compete.
As the weeks unfold, dynamic news cards keep everyone on their toes—think surprise injuries, unexpected comebacks, and everything in between. Face off in head-to-head matchups by rolling dice that represent your players' performances. Manage your lineup, exploit the waiver wire, and maybe, just maybe, outsmart your opponents.
The endgame? Outplay and outscore your friends to become the ultimate Huddle Champion! Navigate through the season with the best record to secure your spot in the championship showdown. It's all about strategy, a bit of luck, and a whole lot of fun. So grab some snacks, gather your crew, and get ready to experience fantasy football like never before. Welcome back to the Rococo era! Louis XV reigns in France and is hosting a grand festival in the gardens of Versailles. Everyone is clamoring for you to provide tantalizing and delicious pastries for the event. This isn't just about your pâtisserie – it's about creating a presence at the most prestigious festival of the era that provides the chance to gain everlasting fame, prestige, and opportunities to gain favor with important nobles.
In La Pâtisserie Rococo, players represent the pastry shops (les pâtisseries) and pastry chefs (les pâtissiers) that are preparing pastries for sale and for show at the Versailles Garden Festival.
Using the unique deck-building mechanism from Rococo, players hire staff to create recipes, acquire quality ingredients, and bake delicious desserts. Then comes the challenging decision of whether to sell these delectable creations for profit or present them for possible awards. The player who creates the most acclaimed desserts will gain fame and the respect of the king and his nobles.
