Come enjoy a few hours and make some new friends or make some new ones. We will be needle felting a few different artistic scenes our of all kinds of different colors of yarn. All supplies will be provided; you just bring your can-do attitude. $30 per person. Picture is what the class will be making.
Jodie Gerard is a fiber artist and enthusiast from Portage, Michigan, specializing in a wide range of textile practices including knitting, spinning, dyeing, weaving, and needle felting. An all-around fiber artisan, she is an active member of South County Fiber Arts and serves on its administrative team, as well as on the planning committee for the Westminster Art Festival. Jodie’s work centers on creating fiber art, presenting traditional spinning and weaving demonstrations, and teaching fiber arts to the community.
