Workshop Vietnamese summer roll

In Vietnam, rice paper became an iconic ingredient for our cuisine, particularly in the making of fresh spring rolls, known as “Gỏi Cuốn"- "summer roll" 😋 . The rice paper are more important with us more than the spring rolls wrapper.
We can explore different favour of different rice papers, and try different food was made with rice paper. We learn to make fresh summer rolls together with all fresh herbs and different filling ingredients (salad, pork, chicken, shrimp, and vegan options). We enjoy our fresh zelfmade summer rolls together. 🥰
