Vietnamese summer roll workshop

In Vietnam, rice paper became an iconic ingredient for our cuisine, particularly in the making of fresh spring rolls, known as “Gỏi Cuốn"- "summer roll" The rice paper are more important with us more than the spring rolls wrapper.
We can explore different favor of different rice papers, and try different food was made with rice papers which are trendy and popular streetfoods in Vietnam. After that we can learn to make fresh spring rolls together with all fresh herbs and different filling ingredients (salad, pork, chicken, shrimp, and vegan options).
