About this Event

Workshop on Learning Reviews

Join us for a practical and engaging workshop designed to support understanding of the different review processes, why they matter, and how learning from them can strengthen multi‑agency practice. We will explore the processes behind Safeguarding Adult Reviews, Drug and Alcohol Related Death Reviews, Domestic Abuse‑Related Death Reviews, and Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews, as well as consider key themes such as professional curiosity and effective multi‑agency coordination, all aimed at improving outcomes for adults, families, and communities.

Who should attend
This workshop is suitable for managers and strategic leads from organisations who are involved in safeguarding children, adults or families. It will be particularly relevant for those who contribute to or would refer into the learning from review processes, or who have a role in translating learning into improved multi‑agency practice.
