Workshop | Irish Music for Musicians & Dancers

It’s rare for musicians and dancers to come together to explore how these traditions truly fit hand in hand. In traditional communities, this learning happens naturally-musicians and dancers grow up shaping each other-but today, sessions and classes often separate them. This workshop brings them back together!
At its heart, Irish music is dance music, and this is a unique chance to discover it collaboratively. Work with your current repertoire and learn new tunes as we explore what makes music danceable. From day one, you’ll see how everything connects, creating a richer understanding of both music and dance. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, you’ll gain something from this workshop-every level is welcome.
