Who is in charge — the body or the mind?
Who leads and who follows?
And how exactly do they influence one another?
Science and practice answer these questions differently, yet they explore the same idea: the body and mind are inseparable.
At our offline workshop, we will explore romantic love:
✨ how love differs from obsession
✨ whether monogamy and polyamory can be genetically influenced
✨ how love changes our perception of pain
✨ what happens to the brain and body when we fall in love
✨ a scientific look at the spectrum “desire — intimacy — love — attachment”
We will experiment through movement, sensory attention, and paired, group, and solo practices. Any touch or partner work is always optional — alternatives will be offered at all times.
❗ Important:
This is not speed dating and not a tantric practice. It is an exploration of scientific hypotheses that you can continue testing in your own life.
👥 Facilitators:
Elena Korchagina — psychologist, sensory integration specialist, and neuroscience master’s student.
Vera Shchelkina — choreographer, dance artist, somatic practitioner.
