Workshop: Advanced Oil Techniques (Ages 18+) - 3 Sessions

This three-session workshop is the next step for students who have completed one of our Intro to Oils workshops. Working with a local professional artist, Jonathan Ege, you’ll expand your skills through advanced approaches to color, texture, glazing, and composition. Each session combines live demonstrations with hands-on practice and individualized guidance to help you grow as a painter and bring greater depth and refinement to your work. Students will bring their own oil painting supplies.

Session 1: Sat. Feb. 28, 1:00 - 4:30 pm

Session 2: Sat. March 7, 1:00 - 4:30 pm

Session 3: Sat. March 14, 1:00 - 4:30 pm

This class is a workshop and will meet three times.

Supplies are not included in the cost of this class, one week prior to the class start date, a supply list will be emailed to all students.

This is an in-person workshop that will be held onsite at MoCA Arlington.
