Join this Acroyoga workshop and start your Sunday with movement, laughter and maybe a little challenge.
In this workshop we'll be guiding you through some of the basics of Acroyoga and we'll share one of our favorite introductory Acroyoga flows.
Everybody can join, whether you've tried it before or not.
You wont need to bring a partner, but it might be fun to share this experience with your person.
Bring clothes that you feel comfortable moving in. If you have any further questions feel free to drop us a message! See contact below.
This workshop is aimed at adults. If you would be interested in joining with your kids (or are a kid) please send us a message. If there is enough interest, we might organize a family Acroyoga workshop in the future!

This workshop will be facilitated in English.
Facilitators
This workshop will be facilitated by Eva Junge and Julia Nøhr. Together they form a couple, an Acroyoga teacher duo and many other things.
Both have been teaching Acroyoga for more than 7 years and are now very happy to get to share their passion for this way of moving with our queer community!
