From desk jobs to driving, repetitive tasks and prolonged sitting can lead to discomfort that impacts your productivity and well-being. If you’re noticing stiffness, pain, or fatigue creeping into your workday, it may be time to take action.
Join Damon Whitfield, a seasoned physical therapist and owner of Harbor Springs Therapy and Wellness, as he explores the most frequent causes of chronic pain and fatigue in the workplace. Damon will share practical strategies for managing and reducing these discomforts. While general treatment recommendations will be covered, it's essential to consult your own healthcare provider for specific issues.
With over 20 years of experience in the physical therapy field, Damon has worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and for home health services. For the past nine years, he has provided mobile physical therapy and personal training through his own practice bringing care directly to the community.
