Enjoy the fresh air as you move through a guided yoga practice in the presence of nature. This group class includes a supported flow available to anyone, from the beginner to the advanced yogi. Each session will end with a soothing sound bath meditation. Get outdoors and come enjoy the beauty Lavender Hill Farm has to offer!This class is $20 per person. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or towel.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm. Pre-registration is required. Tickets are available for purchase up until 24 hours prior or until sold out.
Sessions are rain or shine; yoga will be moved inside the barn in the case of inclement weather. If the class is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

About the Instructor
Laura bridges people to be in deep connection with their body's innate wisdom through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and functional nutrition. With over 490 hours of yogic training and experience, she is certified in Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial yoga, and Reiki. She designs her yoga classes to flow organically and encourages her students to tap into their inner sense of play and make each practice their own. Laura intends to create an easeful space where her students may become more aware of their body, mind, and breath and cultivate clarity.
