Buti® is a somatic movement practice that seamlessly fuses functional movement with multidimensional strength training. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging all of the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other. This movement style is intuitive, creative and includes unique movement patterns that help the body avoid plateaus physically and emotionally. The room will have Red Light Therapy RLT including Infrared and Near-Infrared Heat Panels and Lights. The many benefits include muscle growth + recovery, detoxification, reduces inflammation, increases collagen and blood flow.
