About this Event
The Workmatters Forum is a quarterly gathering for Central Arkansas professionals to wrestle over critical topics for Christians in the workplace. Join us to connect, be inspired, and leave with a plan to make a difference where you are.
This quarter, join us for a conversation with Steve Blair, Chief People Officer at Fulcrum Collective and Blaire Perry, Senior Director of Recruitment and Culture at Splash Car Wash and Oil Change.
Steve has held similar leadership roles at Island Ventures and Harvest Group, where he helped scale teams from 25 employees in a single office to more than 250 across four offices and two countries—while not just preserving a healthy culture, but meaningfully strengthening it.
He is also the founder of Culture Collaborative and serves as Chair of the Workmatters Board. Steve is widely recognized in Northwest Arkansas and across the country as a leader in People and Culture.
Blaire is a follower of Christ, wife of 22 years, and mom of four. She serves as Senior Director of Recruitment and Culture at Splash Car Wash and Oil Change. Rooted in her faith, Blaire is passionate about developing healthy leaders who lead with integrity, purpose, and a heart to serve others. A former University of Arkansas softball player, she now works as a mental performance coach, helping athletes, teams, and coaches perform at their highest level from the inside out.
Lunch will be provided by Tazikis.
