Lillian Evaniew-Phelan of White Rock has dedicated over 40 years to excellence in the equestrian world. Beginning her career in the 1980s in Arabian and Dressage competition, she has trained with internationally respected horsemen and women and developed a diverse background spanning Dressage, Western disciplines, Ranch events, and more.
An accomplished competitor, Lillian is a United States Dressage Federation Bronze Medalist, AQHA Professional Horseman, and multiple World and Championship title earner in Dressage and Ranch events. She continues to compete successfully in both Classical and Western Dressage while developing young horses for high-level sport.
Lillian is also a highly respected licensed judge, holding 13 judges cards across Canada and the United States, including credentials with Equestrian Canada, American Quarter Horse Association, and United States Equestrian Federation. She has judged at prestigious World Championship shows and is known for her professionalism, fairness, and unwavering commitment to horse welfare.
As the founder of White Rock Performance Horses, now a 70-acre equestrian facility, Lillian specializes in Dressage and Western Dressage with a no-gimmick, horse-first training philosophy — producing willing, confident, and happy equine partners.
