Join us for the Workforce in Motion Summit at the Champlain Valley Exposition on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
The Workforce in Motion Summit is Vermont's premier hands-on career exploration event, bringing together students, employers, educators, workforce organizations, training providers, and community for a day focused on opportunity, awareness, and connection.
Students in grades 6–12 will have the opportunity to explore careers firsthand through interactive exhibits, equipment demonstrations, employer engagement, workforce pathway exploration, scholarships, and our Workforce in Motion Passport Challenge.
From skilled trades and manufacturing to healthcare, public safety, transportation, technology, and beyond, students will connect directly with the people, tools, and industries shaping Vermont's future workforce.
